Rama Yade in Orleans, we're here!

Saturday 14 June 2008

Rama Yade Yesterday, at the Auditorium of Fine Arts, Rama Yade (Secretary of State for Human Rights and Foreign Affairs), who begins his "Tour de France des Droits de l'Homme", wished the Gagli is invited among the many who work here and elsewhere on the subject of human rights.

Vincent, Noelle and I are therefore rendered to "go public".
In the introduction, Mr Grouard welcomes the determination of the minister in his battles and then it passes the floor. Rama Yade states very clearly his two priorities under the European Presidency of France which begins on 1 July: the fight against violence against women and the fight against homophobia.
Then associations are invited to ask questions. Most questions relate to international relations of France, the problems of Africa, Tibet and so on.
When our turn comes, I raised the question of recognition of the World Day against Homophobia, the means used to celebrate this day and ways of prevention in the region, for example by returning to school . His answer is very clear and strong belief. She says the official recognition of World Day against Homophobia by the French government. She announced that France will a statement at the United Nations to seek the decriminalization of homosexuality in the World. She did not respond on the local level.

One can only rejoice at these ads that may give us the hope for advancing the recognition of our rights in the world and especially to "get to save lives" in the words of the minister who strongly expresses " it is unacceptable that sexual orientation could lead to a death sentence "to be seen if these statements are followed up ...

This is doubtful when, twice, two ministers pledged to withdraw the exclusion of homosexuals on the blood, and two years later, the situation has not moved to the French Blood Establishment (See Commission sos homophobia).
Therefore remain vigilant, mobilized and solidarity.

It was able to see center LGP covering the organization of walking, Gagli, Sos homophobia, Amnesty International, AIDS, trade unions and politicians.

Miss Brown, Dj'ette well-known Orléans (Plug evening at the Astrolabe, warm-up for the evening of 8 May2008 electro with Antoine Clamaran and Martin Solveig) officiated at the decks of Gagli to the delight of his fans. Da Vinci's Rever and Martin have invested the float of the GPL (see the edition Rep 'on Saturday 24, page 10).

Lesbians, gay, bi and trans came walking and dancing with visibility to affirm they want to be "free and equal in rights". Right to choose their union, right to parenthood, right to live peacefully without suffering homophobia.

As part of the week Rainbow preceding the Pride march, the Gagli invited the founder of the World Day against homophobia, Louis georges TIN on Tuesday May 20, days after the official recognition by Rama Yade, on behalf of the government of the day.
Bet that this recognition can take forward the work of social acceptance of differences in sexual orientation and gender to arrive finally that the declaration of human rights is not empty words.
